On Sunday, the Pentagon announced it transferred six Guantanamo Bay detainees to Uruguay for resettlement as refugees, a move which House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers says should be reconsidered.

Yesterday on ABC's "This Week" Rep. Mike McCaul said that Edward Snowden was not acting alone in when he leaked intelligence secrets about NSA surveillance gathering. McCaul is the Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee.

(Paul Mirengoff) Rep. Mike Rogers’ questioning of Kathleen Sebelius was a highlight of her appearance before the House Ways and Means Committee last Wednesday. Rogers used his questions to show that codes on the Obamacare website are constantly being “swapped,” and that as a result, the security of the system can’t properly be tested and the personnel information supplied by those who use it isn’t secure.

This probably isn't what they had in mind.
Maybe House Intelligence Committee chair Mike Rogers needs to go back to Congress school to have a refresher course on that whole Constitution thing. Here he is at an "oversight" hearing of the NSA's surveillance activities Tuesday, questioning American University law professor Stephen Vladeck.
